I am so thrilled to be collaborating once again with British clothing brand Ethereal London on a new limited edition collection of silk my MASKS. This, our second collection features two different designs… Both designs are made-to-order, hand crafted silk masks and tailor made from Ethereal London’s super soft silk. The first a stunning inky print floral – the Isla print and the second, the Mono Ditsy print. Both are lined with our sustainably sourced silk, interfaced and feature 4 layers in total. Masks can be bought individually or as a beautiful gift set of 2 masks, ideal for unique, caring and sustainable gifts this Christmas.
Following our support of the Pink Ribbon Foundation in October, with this collection, we are supporting Refuge, with 20% of sales of these masks going to the charity which provides specialist services to survivors of domestic abuse.
The front silk layer is crafted from donated Ethereal London silk. The Isla print has been redesigned from an Ethereal dress into masks and the Mono Ditsy print upcycled from their silk remnants. The masks are lined with our sustainably sourced silk and both layers are interfaced for a sculpted fit and extra protection.
my MASKS are eco friendly, ethically made and reusable. Ethereal London work hard to minimise waste by buying fabric in small batches, carefully cutting and using remaining fabrics to make accessories. This fabric has been kindly donated for this purpose and redesigned by our team of seamstresses.
my MASKS are designed and handmade by My Eden in the Cotswolds, UK. They feature a unique tailormade design with a beautifully sculpted fit which fits snugly to the face. We have received such amazing feedback on their comfort. The ear elastics can be adjusted to fit and masks are machine washable.
Cost: £25 per mask or gift set (2 masks) £45 (includes p&p)
We are supporting Refuge and donating 20% of sales to this super charity. So not only will you be helping yourself and others to stay protected, doing your bit to save our planet from disposable plastic masks and fabric consumption, you will be helping people who have suffered from domestic violence.
